Embark on an 8-day Tanzania adventure. Arrive in Arusha, the gateway to iconic parks, and explore Journey to the Central Serengeti, with its vast plains and diverse animals. Witness the Great Migration in Northern Serengeti, where wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River. Visit the wildlife-rich Ngorongoro Crater, and end with a safari in Tarangire, elephant herds. The day trip on day eight is designed for your enjoyment, beautiful natural scenery, and are in the mood for a short hike.

Day 1: Arrival

We will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. Later, we will brief you on the tour. You will overnight at a lodge in Arusha. Should you arrive early, we have an optional city tour to visit the famous places in Arusha, like the African Art Gallery and a Maasai market.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today takes you to Tarangire National Park, the home of elephants. You will definitely see many elephants in the park. It’s also a great park to spot big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, as well as various herbivores. The game drive will take you up close to the animals. At midday, enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site where small monkeys will try to scare you off your meal.

Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, we will head to Ngorongoro as it’s a transit way to the Serengeti National Park. We will have a stopover at the viewpoint to enjoy the beautiful view and take pictures, then continue the journey to Serengeti National Park. We will arrive in the afternoon, enjoy our lunch, and then head out for a late game drive. Later, we will return to the Land of Nature Camp for overnight.

Day 4: Central to Northern Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at Land of Nature Lodge, head to the Northern Serengeti, known for its dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife. Spend the day exploring this remote region, famous for its wildebeest migration and diverse ecosystems. As you drive through the savannah, watch for lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, and a variety of bird species. The Northern Serengeti also offers stunning river crossings, especially during migration season. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Safari Haven Camp and relax, taking in the serene surroundings before a restful overnight stay.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti National Park

Embark on a thrilling game drive through the northern Serengeti in the early morning, where you’ll witness the breathtaking wildlife in the soft light of dawn. As we journey toward the central Serengeti, we enjoy a scenic drive, taking in the diverse landscapes. The day culminates with a relaxing overnight stay at the luxurious Misako Camp, offering comfort and serenity amidst nature’s wonders.

Day 6: Central Serengeti National Park to Karatu

Embark on a thrilling game drive through the Central Serengeti in the early morning, where you’ll witness the breathtaking wildlife in the soft light of dawn. As we journey toward the central Serengeti, we enjoy a scenic drive, taking in the diverse landscapes. After the game drive you will start descending outside and you will go to your lodge called Farm of Dreams which it’s Karatu. And enjoying a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Get ready for a scenic drive to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most extraordinary wildlife conservation areas on the planet. Once you arrive, you’ll descend into the crater, where you’ll encounter a truly unique ecosystem. The fertile ground is teeming with wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, and a variety of bird species. The crater’s lush environment, featuring swamps, lakes, and forests, offers the perfect setting for both predators and prey to thrive.

After a thrilling game drive, you’ll return to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at the hotel that we will book for you and it’s called Summit Safari Lodge.

Day 8: Materuni Waterfalls and Coffee Tour

Today, we will head to the Materuni village. We will do a short but challenging hike to the Materuni Waterfalls and enjoy the beautiful view. Later on, we will visit a coffee farm and learn about how coffee is grown, harvested & processed. You will then try your hand at roasting and preparing a fresh cup of raw and local coffee. After the safari, we transfer you to the airport (included).
