We recommend booking at least 3–6 months ahead for peak season (July–October) to secure your preferred lodges. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but choice is limited.

Cancellations more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. 60–89 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Yes — comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation is strongly recommended and required by most lodges for fly camping activities.

Absolutely. We pass all dietary requirements directly to our lodges and camps well in advance. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free — all are catered for at most properties.
