Life on Safari
Your safari begins with an early morning transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport. You will take a scenic one-hour flight to Arusha Airport, where your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you.
From Arusha, drive approximately 2 hours to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees—the largest trees in Africa.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in a pop-up roof safari vehicle, exploring seasonal swamps, open savannah, and the Tarangire River—an important water source that attracts diverse wildlife. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and abundant birdlife.
In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Main Destination: Tarangire National Park
Accommodation: Suricata Boma Lodge (Mid-range Lodge)
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Drinks: Non-alcoholic drinks
After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, approximately a 2-hour drive.
Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense ecosystems. The crater spans about 20 km in diameter and offers exceptional game viewing.
During your 6-hour game drive, you may spot lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and, with luck, the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic site overlooking Hippo Lake.
After your safari, ascend the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater
Accommodation: Suricata Boma Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, drive approximately 40 minutes to Lake Manyara National Park.
This compact yet diverse park is known for its lush groundwater forest, open plains, and dramatic Rift Valley escarpment. During your game drive, you may see elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, baboons, and a wide variety of birdlife. If you’re lucky, you may even spot the famous tree-climbing lions.
After your safari, transfer to Arusha Airport for your return flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your unforgettable adventure.
