Day 01: Zanzibar to Central Serengeti

On arrival at Seronera Airstrip, our driver will be ready to pick you up and start your daily adventure in the famous park Serengeti National Park ‘The Endless Plain” This Park is well-known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the “Big Five”: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, and Buffalo.

Serengeti, a UNESCO world heritage site, is home to around 200,000 zebras, and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles that join the wildebeests’ trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over 6 million hooves pounding the open plains of Serengeti just like how you imagined African wildlife to be. After a long day of Safari, you will drive to your accommodation for evening leisure and overnight.

After breakfast, we will have a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti. Apart from the large mammals, Serengeti is also home to gaudy agama lizards; Rock hyraxes scuffle around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite kopjes. Wide varieties of dung beetle were found, and around 500 bird species have been recorded ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Later in the evening drive to the camp for evening leisure and overnight

Day 03: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we head to the Ngorongoro Crater. We will descend 600 m into this magnificent crater for a full-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s most densely crowded African wildlife areas. It is home to an estimated 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino.
Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a wide variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense predator population, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.

Maasai boma visit: Pay a visit to one of the famous Maasai bomas, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness (and participate in) traditional Maasai dance, tour an authentic Maasai village, and even do a little souvenir shopping at the local market.
Both of the above activities attract an additional cost. Speak with your safari expert about adding them to your itinerary.
You’ll then retire to your accommodations for dinner and a good night’s sleep.

Accommodation: on Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Mid-range: Suricata Boma Lodge or similar on Full Board (located outside the park)

Semi-Luxury: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge on Full Board (located at the Crater rim)

Day 04: Tarangire National  Park  to Arusha Aiport

Drive to Tarangire National Park famous for its diverse landscape. The park is particularly known for the abundance of Ancient Baobab trees & having the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country and provides unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where there are reported sightings of animals (mostly predators, lions, cheetahs & leopards as they are harder to spot) as herbivores (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, etc are plenty to see through the park. You will leave the park and return to Arusha Airport for a flight to Zanzibar
