Life on Safari
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, the third-largest national park in Tanzania and one of the best places in East Africa to see large elephant herds.
The park is famous for its iconic baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which acts as a lifeline during the dry season, attracting a wide variety of wildlife. Expect to see elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and an impressive diversity of birdlife with over 300 species recorded.
After an exciting game drive, you will head to your lodge located outside the park for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations, home to an incredible concentration of animals within its enclosed ecosystem. You may encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and, with luck, the rare black rhino.
After your game drive and picnic lunch, you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
