This is a day group tour (in a custom safari jeep with a pop-up roof) accompanied by a guide/driver. This tour takes you around the famous north circuit parks, the Ngorongoro Crater being the highlighted park with its beautiful landscapes and surreal view of the crater. It is easier to see animals as it is a crater floor. Be immersed in Tanzania’s great outdoors on this full-day tour to Materuni and Coffee – ideal for culture vultures and active travelers in the region.
Life on Safari
We will pick you up from your hotel and, after a short briefing with your guide and chef, drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2 hours). The park is famous for its diverse landscape, ancient baobab trees, and the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. It offers excellent opportunities to observe elephant families and a wide variety of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest.
Later, you will enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, where you can watch animals by the river. Small monkeys and baboons may try to grab your food, but they are harmless.
