This safari is suitable for clients who do not want to drive for too long. You will depart from Arusha by road and on the last day, you will fly from Seronera Airstrip to catch your flight back to Zanzibar. On this tour, you will have the opportunity to see all of the Big 5 animals (lion, leopard, Cape buffalo, elephant, and rhino), together with more than 100 species of animals and birds.
Life on Safari
After an early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, your guide will pick you up and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, famously known as the “Land of Giants.”
You will drive across endless golden savannah landscapes that stretch along the Tarangire River. The park is well known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees that dominate the scenery.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic riverside site while taking in the stunning views. Be mindful of monkeys that may attempt to grab unattended food.
In the late afternoon, continue with game viewing before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
