Experience the magic of Tanzania on this all-inclusive 6-day safari, where every detail is taken care of so you can simply enjoy the journey. You begin in Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and large herds of elephants, then continue to the Serengeti, where vast plains, big cats, and endless horizons define the classic safari experience. From there you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a spectacular volcanic caldera that shelters one of Africa’s densest concentrations of wildlife. Expert guides lead your game drives, sharing their knowledge of the animals and landscapes, and each night you return to a cozy lodge to rest and recharge.

The highlight is a sunrise hot-air balloon ride over the Serengeti, floating silently above the plains as the morning light spreads across the savannah, a once-in-a-lifetime view you’ll never forget. Along the way, surprises and warm hospitality from our team make the trip feel personal, turning a wonderful safari into a truly memorable adventure.

Life on Safari

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive in the park.

Tarangire National Park is a lovely, quiet park in northern Tanzania, located slightly off the main safari route. It is most famous for its elephant migration, birding, and authentic safari atmosphere. The majority of travellers to the region either miss out on Tarangire altogether or venture into the park for only a matter of hours, leaving parts of Tarangire virtually untouched.

Your driver will set and prepare the table for a hot meal. This will be followed by a glass of wine, tea, or coffee. After lunch, continue with the game drive until the evening, when you’ll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Main Destination: Tarangire National Park

Accommodation: Suricata Boma Lodge

Meals included: Lunch & Dinner (Breakfast not included)

Day 2: Central Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park in Central Seronera is well known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the “Big Five”, named for the 5 most prized trophies taken by hunters. The Serengeti is believed to have the largest population of lions in Africa, largely due to the abundance of prey species. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem. The reclusive leopards are commonly seen in the Seronera area.

Enjoy the game drive until lunchtime, when your driver will set up and prepare the table for a hot meal. This will be followed by a glass of wine, tea, or coffee. After lunch, your search continues for the big cats and the “Big Five”. In the evening, you’ll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Main Destination: Central Serengeti National Park

Accommodation: Land of Nature Camp

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, go on a game drive in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, your driver will set and prepare the table for a hot lunch, followed by warm tea or coffee. Continue with the game drive until evening.

During the great migration, a million wildebeest, each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfill their instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life in the frenzied 3-week bout of territorial conquests and mating.

Your driver will set up a sundowner picnic table with drinks and snacks before you drive back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Main Destination: Central Serengeti National Park

Accommodation: Land of Nature Camp

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, together with Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve, protects the greatest and most diverse collection of terrestrial wildlife on Earth. It is also home to one of the last intact great migratory systems.

Your day begins with an early morning hot-air balloon ride over the Serengeti, offering breathtaking views of the landscape and wildlife from above.

Afterward, you’ll enjoy a game drive through Serengeti National Park, focusing on spotting the big cats and the legendary Big Five. Later in the afternoon, you’ll be transferred through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Karatu, where you’ll check into your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Main Destination: Central Serengeti National Park

Accommodation: Farm of Dreams Lodge

Meals included: Breakfast & Lunch  (Dinner not included)

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart from the hotel or lodge with a picnic lunch and descend into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the magnificent world of diversity that lies within, surrounded by the imposing walls that encircle the reserve. It is possible to see all of Africa’s “Big Five” within the crater, among a vast array of other wildlife, including hundreds of bird species.

Enjoy a full day in the crater on a game drive. In the evening, you’ll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera on earth and is home to Africa’s “Big Five”. Here, you can witness Maasai tribesmen living among wild animals and experience exceptional natural landscapes.

Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater

Accommodation: Suricata Boma Lodge

Meals included: Breakfast (Lunch & Dinner not included)

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Early in the morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa can reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day.

Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favoured haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. At lunchtime, your driver will set up and prepare a table using the shade of our car, for a full hot meal, followed by a glass of wine, tea, or coffee.

After lunch, continue with the game drive. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Arusha.

Main Destination: Lake Manyara National Park

Accommodation: No accommodation (End of tour)

Meals included: Breakfast (Lunch & Dinner not included)
