You continue your journey to the Central Serengeti, entering the heart of one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy your picnic lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive, spotting wildlife in the vast plains.

Expect to see lions lounging under acacia trees, wildebeests grazing, and possibly cheetahs sprinting across the grasslands. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Land of Nature Camp, offering cozy tents with stunning views of the Serengeti wilderness.

You wake up early in Karatu and prepare for a half-day of adventure. Begin by driving to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most remarkable natural wonders. You descend into the crater for a game drive, where you’ll encounter a rich diversity of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and hippos, all set against the dramatic volcanic landscape.

You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before ascending back to the rim. From there, you drive directly back toward Arusha. Your safari concludes upon arrival in Arusha, where you can be dropped off at your lodge or at the airport to catch your onward flight, carrying memories of Tanzania’s breathtaking landscapes and wildlife adventures.
