This 4-day African safari, specifically includes the Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. It has been designed to offer you a short but intense Tanzanian Northern Circuit safari experience, for a shorter and time-constrained period of 4 days and 3 nights. You will experience the excitement of wildlife viewing in three of the most spectacular national game parks in Tanzania.
Life on Safari
After breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha, you will meet your driver-guide for a short briefing before departing for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.
The park lies along the Tarangire River on the Great Rift Valley floor and features rolling low-lying hills, vast acacia woodlands, iconic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps in the south. During the dry season, the river and swamps attract large concentrations of wildlife, making Tarangire one of the best safari destinations in northern Tanzania.
The park is especially famous for hosting some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. You may also encounter rare species such as the greater kudu, fringe-eared oryx, and ashy starling, along with giraffes, zebras, and predators like lions and leopards.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive until late evening. Later, transfer to Karatu Safari Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
